Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using assist.atomsindia.com ("Platform"), registering an account, or using any of our services β including AI college analysis, wallet system, referral rewards, or expert counseling β you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered students, and users accessing any service on the Platform.
Important: These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Atoms India Assist ("We", "Us", "Our"). Continued use of the Platform after any update implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Services
Atoms India Assist provides the following educational and counseling assistance services for JEE Advanced and JEE Main students participating in JOSAA 2026 counseling:
- College list suggestion based on JEE rank, category, and preferences β free tier available
- AI-Enabled Analytics β probability scoring for every college-branch pair
- Advanced AI Analysis β rank trend prediction and seat forecasting across all JOSAA rounds
- Combo Analysis β all analysis types combined in one comprehensive PDF report
- Wallet system for paying for premium services using pre-loaded balance
- Referral and reward system β earn wallet credits by referring other students
- Round-by-round JOSAA strategy guidance (Float, Freeze, Slide decisions)
- 1-on-1 expert counseling sessions with IIT/NIT alumni mentors
- Document verification checklist and admission process guidance
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Wallet System
Atoms India Assist operates an in-platform digital wallet that allows students to pre-load balance and spend it across all premium services without repeated payment steps.
- Wallet balance is stored in Indian Rupees (INR) and is non-transferable to other users.
- Wallet can be recharged instantly via supported payment gateways (UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards).
- Wallet credits earned via the referral program carry no cash withdrawal value β they can only be spent on Platform services.
- Wallet balance does not expire as long as your account remains active.
- In the event of account closure or permanent suspension due to policy violation, unused wallet balance may be forfeited.
- We are not responsible for any failed recharges due to payment gateway errors. Disputed transactions must be reported within 7 days.
Wallet recharge amounts are subject to a minimum and maximum limit as defined on the recharge page. These limits may change without prior notice.

Referral & Reward System
Our referral program allows registered students to earn wallet credits when other students use their reference number (registered mobile number) while generating a report on the Platform.
- Your registered mobile number serves as your unique reference number. It cannot be changed after registration.
- Referral credits are added to your wallet instantly once a referred student's paid order is confirmed.
- Credits are awarded only on successful, paid orders β not on free tier usage or failed payments.
- Reward tier amounts (Starter βΉ20 / Growth βΉ35 / Champion βΉ50 per referral) are subject to change at our discretion. Current rates are displayed on the Refer & Earn page.
- Self-referral β entering your own number as a reference number β is strictly prohibited and will result in credit reversal and account review.
- Fraudulent referrals (using fake accounts, coordinated abuse) will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all wallet credits.
Note: Referral credits hold no cash value. They are Platform credits only and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

Free & Premium Plans
- Free: Registration, result form submission, and basic college list suggestion are always free.
- Premium: AI Analytics, Advanced AI Analysis, Combo Analysis, PDF download, and expert sessions require wallet balance or direct payment.
- Free services may have usage limits (searches per day, number of colleges shown).
- Premium pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and is subject to change with reasonable notice.

AI Analysis Disclaimer
Our AI tools are trained on 6+ years of historical JOSAA opening and closing rank data. Users must understand the following limitations:
- AI probability scores are estimates based on past data, not guarantees of admission or seat allotment.
- JOSAA seat availability depends on real-time factors β overall candidate pool, seat matrix changes, and policy updates β that may not be reflected in predictions.
- AI analysis is a decision-support tool and must be used alongside expert advice, not as the sole basis for JOSAA choice-filling.
- We do not guarantee any specific college or branch outcome through use of our Platform or services.
Disclaimer: Atoms India Assist shall not be held responsible for any seat allotment outcome, missed opportunity, or wrong choice made by a student based on AI analysis reports or any advice provided through this Platform.

User Account
- Provide accurate information including name, email, mobile number, JEE rank, and category during registration.
- Your registered mobile number becomes your permanent reference number for the referral system β choose it carefully.
- Maintain the security of your password. Do not share account credentials.
- Report any unauthorized access immediately to our support team.
- One account per student. Multiple accounts to abuse the free tier or referral system will be suspended.

User Conduct
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or access AI models, backend systems, or databases.
- Sell, resell, or redistribute any report, data, or content from the Platform.
- Abuse the referral or wallet system through fake accounts or coordinated fraudulent referrals.
- Impersonate another student, counselor, or Atoms India Assist staff.
- Use automated bots or scripts to generate reports or manipulate wallet balance.

Intellectual Property
All Platform content β AI models, algorithms, report designs, college databases, cutoff data compilations, website design, text, and software β is the exclusive intellectual property of Atoms India Assist, protected under Indian copyright law.
- PDF reports generated for a student are for personal use only and may not be sold or published commercially.
- The "Atoms India Assist" name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks.

PDF Reports
- Reports are generated based on the rank, category, and preferences you provide. Accuracy depends on the correctness of your input.
- Reports reflect data at the time of generation. Round-specific updates require a new report to be generated.
- Premium plan report quotas are defined at the time of purchase.
- Save your downloaded PDFs. We do not guarantee indefinite storage of generated reports.

Limitation of Liability
- Any college seat not allotted as predicted by AI tools.
- Loss of opportunity or incorrect choice filling based on our reports or expert advice.
- Technical errors, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions affecting report generation.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Platform.
Maximum Liability: Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the six months preceding the event.

Refund Policy
- Wallet recharge refunds may be requested within 48 hours if the recharge was technically unsuccessful and balance was not credited.
- Service refunds (AI report, Combo Analysis) may be requested within 24 hours if the service was not delivered due to a technical fault.
- Once a PDF report has been successfully generated and downloaded, no refund will be processed.
- 1-on-1 expert sessions are non-refundable once conducted.
- Referral wallet credits carry no refund or cash-out value under any circumstance.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
For refunds, email support@atomsindia.com with your registered email and transaction ID within the applicable window.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Atoms India Assist ("We", "Us", "Our") operates assist.atomsindia.com and is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every student using our AI-powered JOSAA counseling platform.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding your data. By registering or using our Platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
Scope: This policy applies to all users of assist.atomsindia.com including visitors, registered students, and anyone using our wallet, referral, or report services.

Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data when you use our Platform:
- Registration Data: Full name, email address, mobile number, state, and password (hashed).
- Academic Data: JEE rank (Advanced or Main), exam year, category (GEN/OBC/SC/ST/EWS), home state, and branch preferences.
- Wallet & Payment Data: Transaction IDs, recharge amounts, payment method type (not card numbers), and wallet balance history.
- Referral Data: Reference numbers entered during report generation, referral credit transactions, and tier progress.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, reports generated, search queries, session duration, device type, and IP address.
- Communication Data: Support messages, feedback submissions, and contact form entries.

How We Use Your Data
- Generating your personalized JOSAA college prediction list and AI analysis reports.
- Operating the wallet system β processing recharges, deducting balances for services, and recording transactions.
- Running the referral reward system β verifying reference numbers and crediting wallet rewards.
- Sending service-related emails and notifications (report ready, wallet credited, round updates).
- Improving the accuracy of our AI models using aggregated, anonymized academic data.
- Providing customer support and responding to your queries.
- Complying with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing or sell it to third-party advertisers.

Wallet & Payment Data
All payment transactions on the Platform are processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Paytm, or similar). We do not store your full card number, CVV, or net banking credentials on our servers.
- Payment gateways we use are PCI-DSS compliant and operate under their own privacy policies.
- We store only the transaction reference ID, amount, and status for wallet credit verification.
- Your wallet balance and transaction history are stored securely in our database and are accessible only by you and authorised Atoms India Assist staff.
Security: We never ask for your payment gateway password or OTP. If anyone claiming to be Atoms India Assist asks for these details, do not comply and report it immediately.

Referral Data
Our referral system uses your registered mobile number as your unique reference identifier. Here is how referral data is handled:
- When a student enters a reference number in the report form, we verify it against registered mobile numbers in our database.
- The referring student's name is not disclosed to the student entering the number β only the credit is processed.
- Referral credit transactions are logged in your wallet history and are visible to you in your account dashboard.
- Referral data may be reviewed by our team to detect fraud or policy violations.

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment gateways: Minimum data (amount, order ID, email) shared with our payment processor to complete transactions.
- Service providers: Hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: When required by applicable Indian law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity under the same privacy protections.

- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt). We never store plain-text passwords.
- Wallet and payment data is stored in encrypted database fields.
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorised Atoms India Assist staff on a need-to-know basis.
- We conduct periodic security reviews of our systems.
No system is 100% secure. If you suspect any breach of your account security, change your password immediately and contact support@atomsindia.com.

Your Rights
As a registered user of our Platform, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Update your profile details (name, email, state) from your account settings.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support. Note: transaction records may be retained for legal and financial compliance.
- Portability: Request an export of your account data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: Opt out of non-essential communications and analytics tracking at any time.

Minors
Our Platform is intended for JEE students, many of whom may be under 18 years of age. We collect only the minimum data required to provide our JOSAA counseling services. We do not knowingly collect sensitive data beyond academic and contact information from minors.
Parents or guardians of students under 18 who have registered on the Platform may contact us to review, correct, or delete their child's data at any time.

Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or data practices. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Send a notification to your registered email address for significant changes.
- Display a banner on the Platform for at least 7 days after the update.
